We are running maintenance on 1EX between 08.04.2020 (2200) and 09.04.2020 (0600)  - COMPLETED, Trading enabled again

During this time Trade, Withdraw and Registration is disabled.

Once the update is completed Trade, Withdraw and Registration is enabled again.

Global Portfolio

During the Weekend from  18.05.2019 from 0800 till 19.05.2019 till 2300 we will update the global portfolio view.

This update will run in two stages:

• Stage 1: 18.05.2019 (0800) till 19.05.2019 (2300) - COMPLETED
• Stage 2: 24.05.2019 between 0800 & 1800 - COMPLETED

This update will improve the graphical view of personal portfolios in the account section.

During this time:

• Registration is active
• Trade is inactive
• Withdraw is inactive

New Fees on Trade

The Trading fees on 1EX.TRADE have changed.

New fee structure as follows.

• Taker:   0.5% - 0.25%
• Maker:  0.5% - 0.25%

Maintenance Update

Trading, Deposit, Withdraw and Registration has been activated again.

Our maintenance phase for 1ex.trade has been completed and the following is new or has been updated:

1.  Fixed pairing has been added and now they can be selected from the trade screen. This is to simplify the trade and removes confusion when users looking for a pairing
2.  Fiat Bank, Crypto Capital has been removed as a fiat linked bank. In the future we add a new bank. 
3. Logo has been updated
4. Servers have been moved to new swiss data center and updated
5. Mail service, the mail service has been update to improve the delivery of emails.

Also BTC has been degraded to a secondary currency. The new Main currency is CHBT on 1EX.TRADE.

With this option pairing such as CHBT <-> BTC or CHBT <-> 1EX is available.

NOTE:

On Activation several emails from 1EX.TRADE have been send out, please ignore them, the date was from the 15.05.2019 between 1730 and 1735. This was during activation of the new email service

Refresh Wallet Address:

BTC, CHBT & 1EX Coin have been update on the exchange. Go to  Accounts and go to your Wallet(s) and click on renew icon to create a fresh address for each wallet you have.

Currencies

Due the speed and functionality of BTC we decided that BTC will be reduced to a secondary currency in March / April 2019 on 1EX.TRADE.

The main currency will become CHBT in the future. If you are against this decision we would like to advice you to remove your BTC from 1EX.TRADE

Once CHBT becomes the main currency all trade are listed against this currency.

Information - SWAP HAS ENDED

Please read carfully regarding the planned swap for WBB.

To ensure a smooth swap is given please follow the instruction we have provided.

1. ​Make sure you have an account with 1EX.TRADE (if not open one)
2. If you have no WBB address in your account section on 1EX.TRADE yet please create one for WBB
3. Send your WBB from your local wallet to the WBB account address on 1EX.TRADE
4. When the coins have been confirmed on 1EX.TRADE you can close your local WBB wallet
5. Create also a address on 1EX.TRADE for CHBT
6. Contact user 1EXTRADE-SUPPORT with a personal message at 1EX.TRADE that you want to swap, then we run the swap for you.
