Resetting Two-Factor Authentication

Resetting 2FA

If you have lost your phone and need to reset two-factor authentication, the process is different depending on the authentication method you chose for your account:

  1. For Google Authenticator, you will need to use the secret code that you wrote down when you set up two-factor authentication. Enter the app and manually add an account using that secret code.

Please ensure you keep your account safe and use 2FA.

Currencies

Due the speed and functionality of BTC we decided that BTC will be reduced to a secondary currency in March / April 2019 on 1EX.TRADE.

The main currency will become CHBT in the future. If you are against this decision we would like to advice you to remove your BTC from 1EX.TRADE

Once CHBT becomes the main currency all trade are listed against this currency.
